What is COACH MENTORING?
Coach Mentoring is now a requirement from the International Coaching Federation for certification. For some paths of certification you will need a minimum of 10 hours with a Mentor Coach. In addition to being an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Anna is also an accredited Mentor Coach
“As a mentor coach, I provide my clients with professional guidance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency demanded by either ACC or PCC.
My approach includes a thorough review of the 11 ICF coaching competencies with masterclasses and reflection. I will also provide valuable feedback on coaching skills through observing live coaching sessions or listening to recorded sessions”

“It has been a great opportunity to solidify my coaching skills and to deepen my awareness of my key coaching strengths and those I want to develop further. I have fulfilled the ICF 10 hours of mentor coaching requirements in a way that was far far more enriching that I had envisaged”
- Ruth, Dorset
“For me, the 1-on-1 mentoring was hands-down hugely valuable. I was able to work on my own agenda, benefit from the experience and wisdom of a more experienced coach and understand where I am on the ACC-PCC-MCC scale and how and where that manifests in my coaching. Our mentoring sessions were focused and insightful two-way conversations. Through explorations of topics and issues I was able to adopt new tried & tested angles and structures for my thinking and widen/deepen my appreciation for my own skills and potential”
- Heli, London
